The Chartwell Community Association was originally incorporated in 1962 as the St. Ives Improvement Association, Inc. In 1963, it was renamed as the Chartwell Community Association, Inc. (CCA). The CCA is an organization comprised of neighborhood volunteers who lead and coordinate social events, handle landscaping contracts, and do other work that improves our community and helps it thrive.
